Krisalt chapter 15 . 1/16/2017 This was amazing ! Thanks for writing it and sharing with us ! I have to confess I had a hard time reading the wedding because I was to embarass on behalf of Bones . Good job ! |
Yuki chapter 15 . 11/1/2016 I love your history D Jim is amazing and Bones so grumpy ;) |
tanseynz chapter 15 . 8/19/2016 I don't know how I missed this amazing story. So much of it was utterly fantastic from their first meeting to the way Jim just wriggled himself into McCoy's life as though it was meant to be. Your characterisations of the canon characters was so engaging and you handled the growing friendships so beautifully - I'm awestruck. If I have any criticism, it's that towards the end you sidled away from more than both just saying they loved each other, without really developing the relationship. You didn't need to write overt sex, but you missed a real opportunity to show how difficult McCoy found it to come to terms with physical intimacy with a male, given how difficult he found the whole relationship in the first place. Even so, this is a great story! |
Joanna Smith chapter 15 . 11/2/2015 Sweet :) |
HPMARIE chapter 15 . 5/31/2014 Love the story :) |
sybil branson jr chapter 15 . 10/6/2013 Oh. My. Fucking. God. You are my savior! I adore you for writing this story... Normally I only read short, fluffy stories, but I love the way you wrote Jim and Bones' pre-slash friendship! They melted my heart and stabbed my emotional consciousness over and over, only to patch it back together every time - courtesy of Dr. McCoy here. The way you wrote Uhura and Spock in this one... ! Lmao! And sweet, young Pavel. And caring-boyfriend Sulu. And Jo-charmer Scotty. And Lorelei was a nice addition. And my always-favorite Joanna! I could go on forever... but thank you thank you for writing this, it saved me when I was having a bad day :) |
Blessed24 7 chapter 15 . 5/25/2013 I adore the way you wrote their romance. Up until the last few chapters (and somewhat after Jim's confession) there weren't any huge indicators that their feelings toward each other were growing. But it was still so obvious. The depth of feeling was indicated with fleeting glances and subtle staring interspersed throughout their daily lives. They grew together and lived together and became necessary to the other all through a loving undercurrent you could feel in your heart. Brava. This is perfect. |
nhrc chapter 15 . 9/17/2012 Does this mean that there will be continued until McCoy says "I love you" back? |
nhrc chapter 13 . 9/15/2012 what the...? (f) (f) (f) him ! That stupid, stupid, stupid bones! Arrrrr ... I'd like to get him some decent slaps. He spoils my enjoyment from the story! And you (finger directed to the author) Why you skipped the sex description? |
nhrc chapter 12 . 9/13/2012 Oh crap! It does not look good! Please do not regret it until the next chapter |
nhrc chapter 9 . 9/4/2012 Oh ... here's the punch line of McCoy Model 2009 ! I have a very good feeling with this wedding ... I clacks from nerves. Also the jump on the flight did not help. |
nhrc chapter 6 . 8/31/2012 It was a very painful chapter. Along with the bar scene the night before. In the background was playing "bound to you" and "You Lost Me" by Christina Aguilera, very fit. All together almost overwhelmed me. |
SahibaKT chapter 15 . 7/31/2012 Hello; that was amazing... your whole story was amazing! i love you... Thank You so much! Cheers; -Syd |
Meg the fierce lady chapter 15 . 9/7/2011 Congratulations on finishing such an amazing fic. (I've only ever finished one actual fic, and that was co-written, so I know the feeling of actually finished a shared work, if not a body of work done by yourself.) I digress. I enjoyed reading this immensely, everyone was well written and I love Jim and Bones' snarking at each other. I love reading Bone's progression from the beginning of the story to where he ends up at the end. This was a lovely read. Thank you for writing. |
brittbritt1997 chapter 15 . 8/28/2011 Loved it! So few stories McKirk stories meet my requirements. My requirements aren't even that unreasonable. Oh well. I'm just happy for another story to read. This one definately exceeded my expectations and for that you deserve a round of applause. Bye! |
