Z01-Lancey chapter 1 . 7/5/2017 Too short |
All That Is Left Unsaid chapter 1 . 9/13/2009 An interesting idea, but I have to agree with Worker72's points about the girls believing Lelouch too easily and his hesitance to use Geass on them. That said, Lelouch not Geassing them could be explained by the fact that Lelouch already Geassed Kallen, so she is immune, and since Kallen is aware Shirley suspects Lelouch too, if Shirley suddenly forgets the entire incident then Kallen will be suspicious. She wouldn't immediately conclude Lelouch can control minds, but she would probably assume Lelouch coerced Shirley into being quiet somehow, either with money or threats, which would indicate that he actually did have something to hide. Kallen was pretty sure that he was Zero until the voice recorder bit, but seeing him with a Zero mask and standing up to an entire school for the sake of an Eleven who was accused of regicide (many Britannians still thought Suzaku killed Clovis and it is stated that Euphemia intervened in the courts to ensure he was acquitted) should push strong suspicions about Lelouch back into her mind, so I doubt she would bellieve that Lelouch simply got his Zero mask from a toy maker. Ultimately I think these stories would be more interesting if they actually went in directions different from how the series played out, rather than making a deviation in the plot, but then trying to correct it. The Ashford students weren't the type to care that much until world events affected them directly, and even after her father's death, Shirley still couldn't bring herself to want to kill Lelouch until Mao played with her mind. If Lelouch explained to Shirley and Kallen that he killed Clovis to save hundreds of lives (many children) from a gruesome death, then Kallen would definately give him the benifit of the doubt and Shirley probably would as well. At the very least, he could Geass Shirley to not speak about it, which in turn would make things interesting after Narita. As for handling the characters, none of them felt particularly out of character, but they didn't quite display the depth I've seen you give them in the Twisted/Twist of Circumstances stories. |
MisterSP chapter 1 . 9/13/2009 Hmhmhm. Oneshot? Those two will certainly be kicking them selves later. Well, except for the memory Geass and the whole Suzaku-may-have-delivered-Zero/Lelouch-to-the-Emperor thing. |
Worker72 chapter 1 . 9/12/2009 No offense but I think the girls bought Lulu's explaination a little to easily. Lulu only sees these girls at this point as friends just like any other classmate that he has already Geassed. He doesn't yet realize how precious they will be to him yet. So only Suzaku and maybe Euphie would haunt him if he Geassed them. So using his Geass on Shirley should be easier at this point. It might have been fun to read about Lulu trying to convince Ohgie to go along with his plans once Kallen had told her friends on him. At least he has already demonstrated his cunning. |
Detjan chapter 1 . 9/12/2009 The buterfly effect. a litle chanche that create bigs chances. Shirley can chanche more in Narita then, and not only for Mao. Kallen will thinck about the shower and other things ... A good start |
erikhet chapter 1 . 9/11/2009 O.o... Didn't you already write this in Twisted Circumstance or A Twist of Circumstance? The summary has nothing to do with the story... ... I'm confused... |
