Okay, so I can’t get into this for various reasons. The first is that it’s a dark story, which isn’t really to my liking. The second is that I nitpick and this story makes no sense; if pokémon are so aggressive, how the hell did humans even manage to gather, let alone build communities that last decades and advance technologically to the point of being able to catch pokémon? The human race would have been wiped out before it even existed... that sounds like I’m joking but I’m seriousthey would have killed everything prior to us in our evolutionary line.

Yes AshMisty is approved by Brock. Brock is like the Dad of this group, and I absolutely love the little fluff moments between all the grit. The girt just make the fluff better.

I'm not cool with this chapter. He kills pretty much every rocket but the worst offenders because they keep escaping, then jessy who is the worst of them all gets spared and saved.

That said. I do like the story even if it has seriously softened up since he became a gym leader.

You're a fantastic writer, and like the others I'm feeling a bit pokemon hyped as a result. I like this nitty gritty dark stuff a lot which is also why I worry ever since it became soft...

Actually it's more likely to be his own direction of movement, if you roll with the punch so to say, aka jump back as the punch hits you, the force of the momentum of said punch is drastically reduced, same for if you don't let it hit you strait on but at an angle. It's a redistribution of momentum.

I'm sure you had the usual formula during physics where you calculate a cars stopping distance and the one where you calculate the force of two cars colliding head on.

Its like that. If you reverse your momentum and don't let something hit you head on but at an angle, you will diffuse most of the force. It still sucks where it hits but less so then if it hits you head on when your standing still or moving towards your collision.

This is dark as fuck. I love it. Way better than the original.

I'm confused. Claire is the Gym Leader of Blackthorn in Johto. I understand that the unvasion of Cinnabar was organized by Goldenrod, Olivine, and Cianwood. Lance is the joint Champion of Kanto and Johto and he said that if Kanto Gym Leaders participated in the battle, that a World War could start. Wouldn't it be the same after they find out that one of their own betrayed them?

He didn't want Misty to die, but he lets Team Rocket members go away scot free? He knows better than anyone how ruthless and evil TR members are, especially Jesse, but he lets her escape. Foolish and naive.

Okay what? A Pidgeotto faster than a Pidgeot? Very nearly impossible, but I'll humor you. Okay a Pidgeotto with a rider faster than a Pidgeot with a rider? Bullshit. Pidgeotto is literally three feet long. No way in hell is it even possible for a Pidgeotto to carry a person, much less be faster than a Pidgeot.

Okay the amount of plotholes are beginning to piss me off. How the hell did they fall for Jesse's ambush? The body and the Golbat fell over a thousand feet. The bodies would have been reduced to nothing but paste.
