This is my guess: Bella's supposed birthdate is wrong; could Renee have been pregnant when she left Charlie, and given the baby up for adoption? Could Charlie and Renee had a daughter who died shortly after birth?

In a way, I wish I hadn’t followed a story rec to this. It drew me in. I want to know what’s going on with Bella’s “past.” Is she reincarnated? Is this a different timeline?

And what about her eventual change. How does it happen? Do James and Victoria show up? Does he bite her, so the Cullens won’t be responsible? Do they let the change happen? (I hope so. That was the stupidest part of the original. Seriously, they already had the perfect story set up with her having run from Charlie’s and her mom not being in Arizona. Anything could have happened to her.)

I know it’s been five years since you updated. There’s probably little hope for a continuation/completion now, but just know that you have at least one interested reader if you do choose to continue.

I am getting worried here that this whole thing is in her mind, and we are seeing her fantasy life as she escapes mentally from some terrible thing that is happening to her in "real" life. That would suck.

But, I am enjoying this story. Thanks for sharing.

Perhaps this has already been mentioned, but the term is "scarfed my food" not "scoffed my food." If you are open to constructive feedback, I found the constant use of italics a bit too much.
As always, a wonderful story...makes me want to keep reading!
