I loved Jack's letter! You got his voice just right; I could almost hear him saying this complete with anxiety hidden behind a drunken, swaying walk. : ) I was snickering too.

Two things: one are you still writing for this fandom? And two, would you accept (or at least think about) a prompt?

So Jack lost The Black Pearl, his imortality (as he would have been as captain of The Flying Dutchman) and his heart (Will Turner).

I like that Will got Jack's letter. Shame they have to be apart.

Any chance of more? Jack gets what's important to him back? Or at least figures out a way for them to be together? As, Jack will age and die and Will won't age. I was thinking that fancy goblet Jack drunk from could be magical or cursed, as in makeing Jack immortal...which wouldn't be a curse as it would Jack to live as long as Will.
