Wow! I really like this story..

This story is sappy and mushy and I have to make fun of it to read it. I've read it five times now. I really love this story. It's waaaaaaaay over the top, but I love it.

One thing I can't get over is how the cartoon universe people couldn't accept Scarlett's story. I kept expecting her to say something like this, "really. We live in a world totally surrounded by wierd shit and you can't accept THIS! You didn't question having to help the ANCIENT EGYPTION GODS! Fighting a GHOST BRIGADE is in the norm! Hell, you didn't even blink when two of our soldiers stayed in the OTHER ALTERNATE DIMENSION to help our alternate enemies! But nooooo, ME going to an alternate universe that has a different time system is TOTALLY MADE UP!"

Duke and Scarlett was not a couple in the cartoon series, they never kissed at all in the cartoon, and he in fact kissed two other women, one that was right in front of Scarlett. Scarlett was actually fazed out of the show altogether by Season 2 in favor of Flint/Lady Jaye because Larry Hama and Marvel wouldn't budge on Snake Eyes/Scarlett, and Sunbow had no back story for her and Duke, so he dropped her for Lady Jaye.

It's good that Snake Eyes and Scarlett ended up together (unlike some of your other GI Joe fics). So the whole Duke and Scarlett thing at the beginning was over the top and based on nothing

I absolutly love your fanfic, its amazenly written and you definetly know the story of Snake eyes and Scarlett. The ending made me cry, it was sooooo beautiful!
