Wow, I have read this entire story and I find myself wanting more. Please don't give up on it. I absolutely love it. I don't like, however, Narcissa. She's a total brat in her childhood and adulthood. I love Bellatrix's character though, and I don't care what anyone says, she loves her sisters. She reminds me of Jo from Little Women. Both strong, both fearless, and blunt. I love this story. Keep writing and don't stop until it's completed! :D

I've always been interested in the Black sisters. Everybody wants spin offs of the Mauraders, but I want a spin off for the Black family. It makes me sad to think that they probably were close at one time but drifted apart.

Ha, it was so like Narcissa to get worked up over her hair. Her enthusiasm for clothes was also very much in character. I always imagined her as the perfect dutiful daughter who enjoys clothes, tea parties, balls and others social events and who in later years become the ferfect pureblood wife. I also liked Bella's insistence to take the robes in and Madam Malkin's refusal. It is so like Bellatrix to dress provocatively and defy the school's standards for proper attire. The only injection that I may have in this character is probably Bellatrix's lack of enthusiam for books. Personnally, I always imagined her as the reading type who was interested in advanced books and easily surpassed her classmates in class without enough effort. Her talent for magic was just natural without her reading on for hours, like Hermione. She just liked reading about other things more advanced which weren't taught in school and which she found fascinating and very interesting. But that's of course only my personal take on the character which does not guarantee that Bella's character is indeed like I imagine it to be. On another note, Narcissa's choice of wand was so funny. It was so like her to choose a pretty wand as your Andromeda pointed out. I also loved seeing Bellatrix assuring Narcissa of getting sorted into Slytherin. Her protective and affectinate nature towards her baby sister was portrated beautifully in this chapter. So, great work once again!

I have read your story three times already and since I have not left you a single review I feel pretty much guilty righ now. So, I decided to review all your chapters separately and give you my opinion on them. I really hope that this will make up for the poor behavior on my part. I usulally review all the stories I read and I really do not know how I neglected to do the same with your story as well since not only did I read it three times but it is also one of my favourite fics. So, before I go on analyzing the first chapter I have to tell you that your story is fucking amazing. One of the best black sistrer's centric stories I have ever had the pleasure of reading. You portary your characters beautifully and each chapter is so wonderfully written that your readers never get bored.

So, let's move on to the first chapter. I absolutely loved your characterisation of Narcissa and how she sought the comfort of her eldest sister. I liked how you commented that only Bellatrix could despel her fear. Their fighting over the covers was also pretty amusing. I never get tired of reading stories that portary the relationship between Narcissa and Bellatrix. I find their dynamic fascinating and I always love reading about their interactions. But concerning your chapter now I found Bellatrix's adventurous nature pretty exhilarating. My favourite line of this chapter was "She had done the impossible, because with Bellatrix, anything was possible." I think that in this single line you summed up Bellatrix beautifully and you showed her courage, her strenght of character and the inspiration she presents to Narcissa amazingly. You showed that Bellatrix is unique and that she can do the impossible when so many others fail to do so. After all there is only one Bellatrix Black and that will remain so forever. I don't think that there could ever exist a second Bellatrix. She is just unique and totally unpredicatble. So, I think that's all I wanted to say for the first chapter. I will comment the second chapter on another review!
