Awesome and I agree that this was more... Meryl. While Vash had been quite hard with himself, focusing on his shortcoming and disbelieving the good things, she had been more down to Earth, seeing it all with such love.

And the fabulous little details are also there! 3
The cut and smell part were my favorites (thought everything was really superb).

I hope you will consider writing more for the Trigun fandom ;)

After reading this, I feel like this is something that could have really happened. It wasn't cliche and it didn't feel pushed or too OOC.

I'm not usually a fan of the same situation taken from another character's perspective, just because it can be old and filled with information we had already gotten. BUT, this was well done. I always did love Meryl. This is tremendously IC, and again, very sexy with little dropped nuggets instead of a whole cavern full of smut.

I never knew that you had written another one-shot about Meryl and Vash! I'm glad I went trolling through old saved emails. I happened upon your reply to my review for your other story there and wanted to read the story again, then I went to your profile and saw that you had written a companion piece lols But as to this one, it's also good, it's got some of the same feeling as the other one in its style yeah. Some awkward parts in flow but nothing bad (: Glad to have a another MerylxVash story

Its sad, but many (not all) VashxMeryl stories just suck. Not this one though. Short but well written. I wish more people had an interest to write more trigun fanfiction. Oh well. What can you do. I loved the story, 2 gold stars! :D
