I also appreciate the fact that you have kept updating the story even if the story was first published 11 years ago, which is a rare feat for a lot of the other story writers here, and I am sure readers on this site would appreciate that very much. It may pacify the populace, but it also leaves them suffering bad addictions (and the effects that has), and being dead to the world while on it, means they are not very productive. With the end result being an effective coma, this would mean that the jobs that are 'beneath' Britannians wouldn't get done...which would cascade quickly. |
