thank you! thank you for pointing out that bill is such a small minded individual and incapable of thinking ahead. maybe it was because of his incompetent maker, or he may have been this way as a human. most well to do men in the south at that time were so used to having all their needs catered to and anticipated that they had no need to do anything for themselves. I can see bill's human wife doing this and thought that was why he treated sookie as though she were incapable of thinking for herself. she didn't have the skill set to make bill think it was his own wishes like his wife had done. southern women at the time were very skilled at manipulating their men to do what they wanted while also making them think it was their own idea.

much, much better than finding eric banging that whore yvetta. maybe eric can not act like a whore where sookie can find out?

Here is how I judge the extent to which I can "hear" the actors who play these characters when I read the words of the writer. The reason for this is that I think that one of the best things that Alan Ball did was in the actors he selected to play Charlaine Harris' characters. I cannot imagine any other actor who can play Bill better than Stephen Moyer or Eric better than Alexander Skarsgard. That being said, you need to know that I really "hear" Alex's voice when I read your Eric's dialog. In my mind you have stayed true to not only the words you have used in the dialog, but the cadence of the speech as well.

As for Bill, we are reading more of his thought rather than actual dialog, so it is not quite as strong for me. Sookie is pretty true to form in her book version and less so than Anna Paquin's portrayal in TB. I was really put off in season 3 with AB's decision to give Sookie a trash mouth. That is so out of character from the books and from season's 1 and 2 that I found it jarring and distracting in the extreme. I do appreciate that you have kept her language more like that in the canon.

All in all, this is turning out to be a story that I have enjoyed. Thanks for writing.

I really hope that you haven't given up on this story. I originally started reading it on fandom, so I tried looking you up on here to see if there were anymore updates. I am glad I did because this is a really good story. I hope to read more.

I liked the last part with Sookie and Jessica and the weres. Sookie's dream of Eric was also fun. A few of the sub-plot lines are a little to close to the show for my liking.
