I read a fanfic similar to this, the second party had a vivid imagination and POW! This happened, your story is better because it doesn't blur the real world with the imaginary one, it makes the story romantic rather than just sex mad,france didn't answer the phone in a aroused manner but an annoyed one, he was, after all being called at 2am.

I found the last bits of phone sex a bit forced and hurried, slow down, stretch out France's reaction to being called two hours after midnight, make England more embarrassed, take him down a couple of notches before admitting it, humor is key and that was the perfect time to inject some.
