It's just as well that this is the finale- I think Keiko would literally die if she ended up in Sonic Forces. Great fanfic though. Love reading this.

Great ending! The only constructive crit I have is that there is a LOT of speech in this chapter, and not much of anything else. If you could get the balance a little better, the chapter would improve. :) It's been a long run, I can't believe the story is over. Congratulations Gazing on the Arabesque and I can't wait to see what you do next.

What happens to ther lives in the "real world" since they don't return? Do they even remember where they're from? Why are Silver and Blaze (and Haru) there instead of the future? Why do I feel so disappointed that the series ended like this? Wait, I know the answer to that one. It means that there will be no more stories in this plotline and they are cut off from their lives back in their world. As much as I would love to spend some time in the Sonic universe, I wouldn't like it if I were stuck there forever. I would miss my family and friends (even if I were stuck there with my brother).

Omg. I love this story series. You should do more for some of the other (old and new) with the same characters.

Too bad Mephiles became stronger by obtaining Shadow's form. Oh well, it's not like the Scepter of Darkness was given any power ups in the ten years since was originally forged, right?

YEA! Keiko's Chaos Control returns, even if it's a failed attempt. Oh well, if you can't get home, you can always train with Shadow in the use of Chaos Control, Keiko.

Are you saying Mephiles was behind Keiko's entry in EVERY game, or just '06? Because if it's the entire series, Mephiles is one HUGE bastard.

It's been a great series for an OC, but like all things, it must reach an end, eventually. Very nice usage of the Shadow arcs of the Timelines (Games that have Shadow as a playable MAIN Character(not the Black Knight optional crap)).

Wow, I can think of at least three things wrong with that ending, but not in that bad a way. Just one way of interpreting what was written.

The last few lines there...

("Oh my god…" I whispered. I heard a sniffle next to me. I looked down and saw Silver wiping his eyes. "Silver? Are you ok?"

"Shut up," he replied. "I'm sure you'd cry if your sister died." I sighed and looked back up at the spot where Blaze disappeared. I put my hand on his shoulder protectively.

"You know what Silver?" I whispered. "I would." It was all so wrong. Silver just lost his best friend to a greedy evil sun god. It was just so unfair. I then knew what I had to do. If Blaze couldn't be there for Silver, then I would. I would stay back with Silver, just so that he wouldn't be alone.

No one, not even my sister, could convince me otherwise.)

The 'I'm sure you'd cry if your sister died.' could've had a second meaning. Like: Silver considered Blaze as a sister meaning. I don't know if that is your personal opinion, but it could be read that Silver and Blaze liked each other more than that.

Also, 'I would stay back with Silver, just so that he wouldn't be alone. No one, not even my sister, could convince me otherwise.' Kinda gave off a yaoi, or a brotherly, moment. I don't see it in the yaoi way, just that it COULD be interpreted that way. Also, I think I'm seeing hints towards what might possibly happen in the end, if I'm interpreting this correctly.

One more thing...

(are you happy I didn't fall off the face of the earth?)

Other than the obvious: taking it literal and saying 'YOU CAN'T FALL OFF A SPHERICAL PLANET!' (SMG and SMG2 proves this(LOL)) You don't need to exaggerate like that. But, I'm still glad that you're back nonetheless.

Other than that, good chapter. Now we have the setup for the final story arc on Silver's side, where Silver and Haru get transported to a dimension where Time is even more of an Illusion than before by having Past, Present, and Future meeting at a singularity. They notice Sonic is dead, Elise is weeping (along with Amy(LOL)), before noticing something's off with Shadow, Rouge, Omega, and Keiko.

Next chapter: (Announcer Voice) Shadow's group head to the desert to confront Mephiles, and an EPIC battle ensues. Will one or more fall to Mephiles? Find out in the next chapter!

(Hopefully you can LOL at that last one)
