As far as someone trashing somebodies work- That takes the cake for low, they probably were int hat group in High School that picked on the poor kid who wore hand-me downs or the challenged child who would ask innocent questions, or maybe the socially awkward child who didn't make friends easily. It doesn't take much character or brain power to criticize some one for doing something that you have never tried and are too inept to do yourself. Been there had that done to me and after 45 years the hurt is still there. I have told the kids I work with that if you hit someone the pain stays for a little while but if you hurt someone with your words the pain stays in their mind forever. Know that we enjoy your work!

I missed this one while you were writing. I really enjoyed it. I love romantic Carlos - or pretty much Ranger in any setting. Heh. I saw your note about the Cupcake reviewer - truly she's more to be pitied, she's satisfied with such an insipid, shallow story line.

Anyway, I'm with you, I read no "Cupcake" fiction. I just can't stand that nickname! And I thought you did a lovely job of taking the high road and still bringing about a touching Babe ending. Thank you for sharing your talent!
