Well, it was bittersweet. But hey, due to the many stories that do include Ilia only making her out to be a stalkerish, xenophobic, nagging nigh-antagonistic sort of minor character, I am still compelled to be thankful for this tale.

That was amazing. Brought tears to ky eyes. Wish the ending was a little happier. MAKE MORE!

Very much in character. Skillfully captures the essence of the characters and the setting. I really like how you expanded on the underlying romance between Link and Ilia without sacrificing anything of the original story and how you handled sexual content with discretion and good taste.

The bittersweet ending was very appropriate.

This is a wonderful story. What I love about Legend of Zelda is that the personalities and relationships of the characters are more left up to one's imagination. This gives good writers the oppurtunity to fill in the blanks however they choose, and have their creations set in the beautiful world of Hyrule.

You do a superb job of taking what little we are given about Link and Ilia and crafting it into an emotionally compelling and expertly articulated piece of literature.
