| manicMAundae chapter 1 . 5/9/2013 found it! i first stumbled upon this little gem a few weeks after startrek 2009 was released which, later on pushed me to look for more equally brilliant stories. yours in particular, "akin" made me want to investigate further into relationship dynamics similar to that of spock and sarek. i guess i was apprehensive to delve any further since it hit so close to home. anyway, i just want to say thanks. for writing, for posting. this was a great comfort in a time when i needed it most. |

| excessivelyperky chapter 1 . 12/5/2009 Of course, there are advantages to Sarek if Spock remains in Starfleet-he need not argue with those who assert that Spock's bloodline is flawed if he was to be part of the new Vulcan colony. And Spock himself is better off being free to embrace both halves of himself. Nicely done! |
