Is it wrong, I wonder, if this was exactly what I'd wanted to happen post 'Beyond'? Is it wrong for me to think that this marvelous, superb two-shot could honestly be a part of that deleted script wherein there had been a deleted scene in which Senior Kirk makes a return? Is it wrong, then, that I would very much prefer this entire story to be canon than 'Generations', a film that had the most disappointment ending, in my opinion? Gosh, I sure hope not...
Because you've written such a brilliant piece here! True to the characters of both timelines and their voices, clear, and most enjoyable to read, indeed! Awesome job, dear author!

You never did get around to doing the sequel to this but I had fun reading it. Jim kirk has always been big kid at heart. The best captain in star trek history. Seeing him with Spock again would always warm my heart because two them belong at each other side for end of time. I just do not see them as lovers but soul brothers that be to painful to be apart. I wish best of luck in all fanfiction stories you do in future.

If I was in admerial kirks place I would have told my younger self to blow up khans ship. Their in another timeline (thanks to Spock and Nero) so nothing will really change

Wow, I really liked this! Your Kirk Prime and Spock Prime were each wonderful, and fabulous together! And I loved Kirk and Spock's different reactions to encountering the Prime version of Kirk.

The transporter room scene was awesome, very touching!

There is something distinctly touching here! I always did think it was sad that Spock Prime had to spend so much time without Kirk. An excellent revisit to the subject!

Lovely story. Giving older Kirk to Spock Prime always makes me happy.
