Gosh. I don't know the first thing about this fandom — unless you count the transformers I used to tidy off my step-son's bedroom floor! — but this made me cry. Beautifully done. It seems like you've decided against adding anything further to it, except maybe in your own head, which I think might be the right choice aesthetically! But maybe you could fic your own fic, if you wanted to leave the story as it is (which seems pretty perfect) and still give your readers a glimpse of a happy ending?...
