Seeing across the veil-a very clever idea! I'm interested to see if Luna's new ability will extend to anyone other than Sirius. If not her mother and other people who died normally, then at least perhaps other victims of the veil. Who knows who has fallen through that blasted thing in the past?

As for characterization, Luna is a tough one to capture. I myself avoid her at all costs. Just keep in mind her flightiness-she is random and easily distracted, but with moments of extreme insight and constant sincerity.

That's it! Are you going to always end it on a cliff? This is my favorite story with Luna and Sirius so far and they've barely met. I can hardly wait. But I will. Also I can't find any huge problem with spelling or grammar. Thank you for that!
