You faced off againstGyuki, the Right Tails, in a 1v1 for a long time before he ran out of chakra. And Ay most likely could not beat Minato. What good is strength if you can't catch your target? And he is probably the Strongest Kage of his time, not of all Kages. You are overestimating him a bit much. Also Tsunade is technically stronger than him so there's that too. |
