I won't ask you to write more, as I know how annoying it is when you proclaimed loudly that a story is discontinued and still people ask you for the next chapter. But, should you sometime in the future like to write more to this story, I'd encourage it very much so xDD

I love RPG!AUs. I find them really funny and intersting...

Huh ... a fascinating storyline so far, can't really wait for the next chapter! America seems really adorable ... hmm, and if they were playing the game since it began, wouldn't that make them really old? Wouldn't it be almost impossible for Arthur to be 21? Are they some sort of immortals or something? Like their bodies have died but their game personas haven't? That would explain why England was so touchy about immortality ...
