1Past and Present1 chapter 1 . 10/30/2012
Absolutely fantastic. And sad. A work of art, I'd say. Few fics are as well-written as this. I enjoyed it so very much, right to the depressing end.

What a find.

'The Regulator wore a pair of handguns in cut-down leather holsters, oiled black as a Deathclaw's eye.'
-Funny. Whenever I checked, Deathclaws always had pale eyes. And not just the blind ones in New Vegas. But this doesn't matter.

Great work, sir.
Chuck Civil chapter 1 . 4/30/2011
Short and sweet! The payoff was very well-constructed. Did you intend the baby to be a reference to any specific creatures - super mutants, swamp folk? Maybe just an unfortunate victim of the glorious glow. Well done.

Agent Liberi chapter 1 . 8/2/2009
So sad, yet it shows just to what extent some people will do to protect others. I almost cried when I read this. To obtain that from a reader is something you should be proud of.
Fulcon chapter 1 . 8/2/2009
**.

That's the only word that comes to my mouth right now.

Holy **.

Did what was nessescary? I can't answer that. I don't know anything about Fallout, so maybe you can enlighten me. What really matters, man, is that this is pulling at my heart strings. It really is, and it kinda hurts.

'Did it really have to die?' I wonder as I stare at this window, watching words pop up on it quickly and precicely with the scarce errors corrected with the backspace.

But **.

Just...just...

**.
S3pia chapter 1 . 8/1/2009
Definitely had a western feel to it, which is sometimes hard to pull off without it feeling hokey, forced and stale-and this fic is most assuredly none of those things. I loved the dialogue and descriptions as well-short, compact, terse, sweet. I hope you'll write more for Fallout, one-shots or otherwise.
