Your writing is amazing but I just don't see why Percy and Annabeth would be worked up about whether their relationship was serious or not. They've been together for a while now, as friends, and slowly building up to boyfriend/girlfriend, it just seems a little odd that they haven't considered the idea of being longterm due to some guidelines written online, I think that they definitely love each other, canonically.

Incredible writing and story. Your characterization is spot on and the dialogue/character dynamics is phenomenal and faithful to canon. This is overall a very polished and refined fanfiction, which speaks volume to your talent.

This isn’t a criticism. I understand you have to make it that way for the purpose of the plot and the story, but it’s something I personally want to point out. It doesn’t make sense to me that Annabeth would be so paranoid that the stage of her relationship with Percy isn’t permanent or that Percy would be having commitment issues.

Their relationship started in TLT and naturally progressed to unspoken love by the end of the series. She was the only thing in his mortal life strong enough to anchor him to his mortality in the Styx, not even his mom. She instinctively took a knife for him. He said if he couldn’t trust her, he wouldn’t be able to trust anybody. The end of TLO was when they realized they were in love with each other after all that time with Percy denying his feelings.

I remember reading Click years ago. Like, new tween diving into fandom, discovering and falling in love with this fic. I loved the tension and the setup, the characterization, and the way it had me hanging on the edge of my seat.

I came back today to read it, and it's just as wonderful and tense as I remember. The building conflict contrasted with the surety we have in Percabeth is something that really stuck with me, and the simple concept of the Click that falls into disaster really just... well, clicks.

Thanks for keeping this up. I loved reading it again and feeling like I was seeing Percabeth for the first time.

Annabeth felt so realistic and actually real in the way she was so honest with Percy through this. I love seeing annabeth vulnerable with Percy and I like how her dialogue feels like it's from your own experience (or you're just really good at characters) bc you really understand what she's gone/going through. I'm pretty obsessed with this story it's really really good
