I don't think it was awful at all! I really enjoyed it. Thanks for giving it an ending instead of leaving it hanging - and this was a good way to end it, too. Possibility of a sequel if your muse comes back.

I want to tell you how very happy this story has made me! I love Ianto-is-still-alive stories almost as much as I love Jack-&-Ianto-happy-family stories. This one is just great! Please tell me you've done sequels in both story lines: Jack & Ianto rebuilding TW, and then one with them retired, living, loving, growing together; and then one about what they do when they finally leave the earth - where they go and what they do; then the other story line that you (accidentally?) created: John and the Doctor - their adventures, how the Doctor tames John, finally, when John either leaves or dies a noble death. Those would all be so amazing! I'd read every single one!

While I was reading the part about Jack killing himself with Ianto's tie, coming back and realising that he could no longer detect Ianto's scent on the fabric, the song 'I Know Him So Well' by John Barrowman started playing. Talk about a combo guaranteed to produce a flood of tears! Don't know how you managed to make those happen at the same time!

Yes Ianto, You are everyone's favorite. but seriously, this entire story was just so much win, all my favorite characters from both fandoms (except Donna, but well...) in one story, and a CoE Fix-it! :D (almost accidentally typed fist-it... Jack's getting into my head XP) Anyways, I luv your Torchwood fics!
