I'm starting to not like charlotte because of the way she forces bella to dress. Since you're friends now, she shouldn't wear clothes like that? BS. She mentioned as well that she has money problems and instead of understandinf her, she acts indifferent about it? wyf if up this stigmq some girls have that you should wear fancy clothes when you go to class? You're there to learn not to participate in a fashion show Charlotte reminds me a lot of the girls that ostracized me becauseI chose to be different and not go with their flow and parties.

You're not making me like Bella very much. What's with her holier than throw attitude...Charlotte seems like a bitch too. Someone in that bar needs to tell her she's an ugly ass and see how she likes it. Two...all colleges makes you do oral presentations. I can't even count how many we had to do. Had I been Bella and met Edward this way, he would have had two strikes against him from the get go.

1. He knows that James "takes advantage" of drunken freshmen girls. Dude, if they are THAT drunk, then they are unable to consent to sex. It's not "taking advantage"; it's RAPE. But Edward would have just sat back and let it happen. Total ugh.

(I could also rant on Bella and the tavern for permitting underage drinking, and on the girl's friends abandoning her, but I'll save that for another day. Regardless, the kid should not be raped.)

2. I abhor it when people apologize while saying "if". Like Edward telling Bella, "I apologize IF my brother was a jerk." Seriously? You KNOW he was a jerk; you watched the whole thing. You obviously felt a need to apologize. Why not just say, "I apologize for my brother being a jerk." It's like those politicians caught in sex scandals, etc., "I apologize if I hurt anyone." Really? Freakin' idiots.

Yep, I don't care how pretty he was, he's only got one more strike, then he's out of the game.
