Not bad. My main suggestion would be to read "Nawat" in "Tortall and Other Lands: A Collection of Tales", it's a short story from Nawat's view that takes place after his and Aly's children are born.

The timeline is a little jumpy, and the introduction of characters could be a little smoother.

Aly and Nawat would not have been able to fly in one day from the Copper Isles to Pirate's Swoop (if you read the books it mentions that it takes a couple of days to fly from one end of the Isle to the other, and the distance from the Copper Isle to Pirate's Swoop is roughly the same)

Overall, a few things, but still a good story C:

This is a really great idea for a story, but I think this would be better if you slowed down the story. A LOT. I think you should include a couple tender moments between Aly and Nawat, or Aly and Neal (to explain the depth of their friendship), or Aly and Alanna/George/both, and between Alanna and George.

I, personally, LOVE IT! Though you might want to read it through again, I saw a few capitalizing and quotation mistakes. But still, I LOVE IT!

I liked it... it was just short and sweet which is sometimes what you want to read.

hi, I like this but one thing I found really odd was that she went to the Swoop in less than a day, but decided she wasn't going to talk to or see them for two years? I find that odd that her parents wouldn't even know she was having triplets, their names, or had seen them. Especially knowing Alanna.

Only things I can see wrong with your story is that it would be Fesgao not Ulasim walking with them. Since Ulasim dies killing Rubinyan durring the battle. Also it seems like they all know she's pregant because iits mentioned about her morning sickness and that she's eating different food than the rest at the farwell dinner for her family. Otherwise your doing good. I was wondering why you were reserecting characters though. take care
