First Death Note fic I've ever read, and I'm glad it is. I don't have any DN LxMisa fics to compare this to, but I'm still confident that this is probably the best LxMisa. Very intense and very L-like. Misa is very likable in this too. Maybe I'm just not smart but I didn't think about the part that L didn't arrest Misa either before Misa pointed it out.

It was some sort of strange impulse to suddenly read a Death Note fic and filtering Misa and L BUT it was a good choice. I should try to read more :3

Totally loved it. Seriusly, it was one of the best LxMisa stoires I've ever read. I know you don't like the pairing, but I think you seriusly did a great job in here, and you should keep doing it in the future. Really.
I, by myself, love this paring really much. It is one of my favorites. But, when I look for fanfics, it is always the "L loves Misa, and behaves like a teenager" thing. And I totally hate that.
I like it when Misa starts falling for L or when she is just so desperate that comens to him, because Light doesn't want to be with her at all.
But know, I am more interested in situacions when he is himself, you know, calculating, showing no feelings, and all that. (I love when he says that he lied about "falling for Misa someday" it makes it even more belivable. I read some when he says that he lies about Light being his only friend too. That was totally amusing)
So yeah, in conclusion, I totally loved you work. I love this L, because he is exacatly the way he is suposse to be. And I also love that you make Misa more confident, I've always belived that she was not just a stupid little girl.

Dear god wow, I don't even like death note that much. Came across this fic randomly but wow. This is so good it actually made me care about this crack paring. This is really good stuff. It's very base is very humanistic. Take out the supernatural parts and it's every day life. I could really see this being canon. Honestly I'm very impressed with your skill. I'd love to read more on those two.

I'm really sad to not see them together since they're just so adorable, but Im also amazed at how well his apparent rejection of her works into his personality. The way this sounds it might have at some point happened in canon ... maybe when she told Light she couldn't remember L's name anymore she was lying? ;3 Nah, I just love the pairing too much no matter how impossible. Thanks for writing a truly in character L 3

I would write a more in-depth review, but the moment they...you know...my brain kinda shut down. Not that the fic wasn't good, it was just shocking. Misa gets emotional at the wrong moments, and when that happens, she stops thinking right. She is definitely smarter than "most giver her credit for", but she is more interested in feeling something, getting a rush, then thinking about long-term goals, other than, of course, marry Raito.
