No; Power Girl is *not* a clone of Supergirl; in fact, she is not a clone at all. Power Girl/Galatea is an *artificial Kryptonian* created in a lab (one that is NOT connected to Lex Luthor in any way). There is, apparently, a connection to Project: Cadmus; however, the source of the DNA used to create Galatea is undisclosed/not known. Like all other Kryptonians, Galatea has specific abilities she gains from our Sun.

You keep switching how you spell the name of Buffy’s ex-roommate — Cathy, Kathy, etc. You also do the same thing when describing Karen’s species — Argosian, Argothian, etc.

The President doesn’t have the authority to assassinate US citizens. Just giving someone permission to do so, with even the smallest reasonable belief they might, would be a federal crime punishable by ten years in prison for any government official except a judge — and even then a judge would only be exempt if it was done as part of the sentencing phase of a capital crime trial. If Lex actually died as a result, giving that permission would jump to capital crime status in itself — life imprisonment without possibility of parole or execution.

...re-reading this (and for the first time here on FFN), and i have to question why you don't have Xander being more specific about his warnings to Batman. about what happens to Barbara Gordon and Jason Todd, to be specific. and Tim Drake, for that matter, if Return of the Joker is cannon in your universe.

Or would touching any aspect of creation allow the same? cuz I'm kind of curious what would happen if the flash tried to make some minis now...
