This was...disturbing. Beautiful, very bautiful, but very disturbing. The writing was exquistite and very well done. I also loved the little bits with Draco and how he was better than Lucious. But, yes I'm sorry, but there is a but. I don't understand what Narcissa was talking about. I pondered over this story for quite a while before I reviewed trying to understand, but I simply don't get it. Please, I'm begging you to PM an explanation because I'm dying to know!

its a good story, im still a little confused as to what Narcissa was implying when she said she loved her husband. abortion? that part of the story is a little confusing all together.

I am also wondering what the 'four times' means- did Narcissa drop her last four babies because Lucius didn't want them? Astoria seems to be scared that Draco will tell her to abort the baby.

Preference for males is not known in any Harry Potter family, not even the Slytherin-based ones like the Blacks, who have more women then men in their tree.

oh nice...was a bit scared for her in the beginning but then in the end i got a bit sceptical...he's a great guy now why must you let the past get to you! lol yeah that's pretty much wut i was thinking at the end when she kind of froze at the site of him

aww i loved that i really liked the dark undertones i thought that added a lot to the story without having to say anything

I must say that I prefer 'happily in love' Lucius and Narcissa, but I enjoy 'miserably married' Draco and Astoria enough to have read this and liked it. Okay, so maybe "like" is the wrong word. This story has an edge to it that is disturbing and leaves a knot in your stomach. It bothered me...I think that's what you were going for, this is a good thing. This was a good story; well written and well thought out. Good work.

hm you were a little unclear... Did Lucius kill 4 of Narcissa's babies because they were girls? Did Draco do the same to Astoria? Confused, but nice writing, even if a little vague.
