Yes, Tim Riggins is definitely better off without Walt. In fact, if he could have shaken off the bit of Walt he had in himself, he might have even deserved Tyra.

Wow. That ending was fast. It was totally out of pace with the rest of the story. I like the rest of it though.

Like the start and the middle. But at the end it wraps up suddenly. Anyway, good attempt and more realistic story telling.

I really liked this-as for Tim staying with the Taylors: the time when Tim stayed with them on the actual show was always one of my favorite parts, so yeah, I liked that aspect of your story very much... he'd so deserve to have a dad like the coach, someone to honestly care about him. also, I totally liked that you had Tim seek out Tyra's place, it's very much in character. after all, those two always had that certain bond, right? anyway. liked it! nice little story. :)
