Guest chapter 1 . 12/2/2019 Ty |
Sylva Dax chapter 18 . 10/5/2017 Another winner! How did you know I was wondering throughout the story about the fate of Cameron's original body? Knowing after the fact that she skinned herself didn't freak me out. Don't know how I would have felt during the process. I loved Cameron's teasing John about not being attracted to Seth's male body. |
Sylva Dax chapter 10 . 10/4/2017 Well that sounds ominous! Loved the way Cameron played Derek outside Sarah's room. Perhaps Sarah and Derek need to cut back if they don't want to risk a repeat. LOL |
Sylva Dax chapter 9 . 10/4/2017 What a perfect build-day! |
Sylva Dax chapter 5 . 10/4/2017 Bitch whore is lucky to be alive! Give me Riley any day. At least she did care about John. I'm so hoping that something develops between this Reese and Sarah. I very much like your older, maturer and less angry version of him |
Guest chapter 10 . 7/4/2015 god this story is good. i can't remember the last time i cried while reading fanfic. |
RedsBaron chapter 1 . 8/5/2014 Having finished re-reading Elusive Sanity's first story, "Irony Thy Name Is Cameron," I have begun re-reading its sequel. I immediately noticed that as much as I loved "Irony" the sequel is better. Sometimes a chapter in "Irony" could seem a bit rushed, especially the early chapters set in the future. I sometimes wonder if Elusive was like me: anxious to get Cameron back in her own body and to get the gang back to the present. "Fate" is richer in character development and the dialogue is better than in "Irony" and it was already great in the first story. In short, you can see the growth in Elusive as a writer. Chapter one of "Fate' is excellent and I look forward to re-reading the entire story. Jameron forever. |
Sonofhades57 chapter 19 . 10/12/2013 And thus the Breaking of the Fellowship begins. Just as good as the first part, if not even more so. I look forward to the last part. |
Sonofhades57 chapter 9 . 10/11/2013 All together, now! Awwwwwwwww! |
biaslord chapter 18 . 12/20/2012 Thanks for everything you've written and posted here. This fic has been fantastic and very fun to read and also quite emotional. You had me tearing up a few times. I really appreciate what you've written. :) |
burningworlds chapter 7 . 12/19/2012 This was a great chapter too. So far the entire story has been amazing. Cameron being heart broken makes me so sad. At least it looks like they're going to be okay. I wonder what this surprise John is talking about is? p.s. after watching born to run again I started wondering how far her emotions would have grown and I feel like her being hurt by John doing something would definitely be possible. I think the way you're writing her is something I could see happening had her emotions kept developing. |
burningworlds chapter 6 . 12/19/2012 I really liked this chapter. I can really see that battle at the end happening. John trying to keep Savannah safe and at the same time worrying about Cameron. |
burningworlds chapter 5 . 12/18/2012 No... I just wanna give Cameron a big hug. :( I need to stop reading for now, I'm gonna cry. I'll continue tomorrow. |
johnconnor chapter 1 . 11/30/2012 Shiiiiiiiit! I am having a problem here... I'm reading this on my ipod, and I am bookmarking everything I like/love which by now means that if I'm not careful I will end up having more bookmarks than there are actual pages in this story! It makes me laugh (and I mean REALLY laugh), it makes me cry, and it just makes me feel really really good reading it! Thanx! |
Marcus S. Lazarus chapter 18 . 8/23/2012 As with its predecessor, a continually intriguing approach to continuing the series; great job. The opening created a dramatic and somewhat tragic picture of Danny Dyson’s fate in this reality- John spared the kid the sight of a Terminator cutting its flesh-arm off almost two decades ago, and now he has to give the order for the man to be killed-, and the subsequent plot was certainly interesting, with personal complications such as Dani’s arrival in the past contrasting well with the obvious threat of something out to kill other Resistance soldiers in the past. The occasional glimpses of Dani’s past were an interesting addition to her character to avoid making her a COMPLETE bitch- even if she was still somewhat negative-, and John’s proposal to Cameron was excellent, giving them a plausible opportunity for some privacy and a moving moment into the bargain as he does what his future self never did and fully reaffirms his commitment to her. The reference to ‘Rise of the Machines’ was generally an interesting touch- although I object to the idea that the T-X was just dangerous because it was more emotional; the T-1000 might be more flexible and difficult to destroy via physical methods, but the T-X’s inbuilt weaponry isn’t exactly to be sneezed at-, and the abduction storyline was certainly effective, creating an intriguing complication with a rather amusing twist to get around the potential tragedy of the abductors’ schemes (Although how they ever imagined that they could compare John’s relationship with Cameron to them serving Skynet I don’t know; the obvious distinction is that John and Cameron work together where Skynet either has minions or enemies). All in all, another excellent story that continues to create a superb exploration of John and Cameron’s relationship; keep up the great work! |
