Nice. Interesting!
coors1977 chapter 8 . 8/11/2010
I just stumbled on to this magnificent story. I hope all is well with you and your family and you're just taking a hiatus-this is too good to leave unfinished.

Little touches...like Bella remembering that her gun was in the glove compartment with her registration and a pair of mittens. That's what makes this fic so good.
Nova chapter 8 . 8/8/2010
I know you have so much going on, but I hope that some day you'll continue this piece. I have enjoyed what there is of it, thanks for sharing.
ShantiSmurf chapter 8 . 6/13/2010
What a shame that you've been pulled away from this incredible story! Your style is so engrossing and the action has been perfectly paced up to this point. I'm sure there's so much more to this, so I do hope you'll be able to come back to it eventually. Thank you so much for sharing your gard work and creativity with us, and I hope your inspiration returns soon!

Amazing. Can't wait to read more.
Ryder Jude chapter 8 . 4/5/2010
I just wanted to encourage your work. I've left several reviews on your story under E. I really hope you continue your story. It's such good work, and I'm dying to continue to unravel the pieces to this dark mystery.
cookiemomster2012 chapter 8 . 3/5/2010
What a great chapter! I kept muttering, get out of the house, get out of the house! I can't wait to read more! Hope everything IRL is slowing down, sounded really hectic from your author's note.
kenyaran chapter 8 . 2/10/2010
Well I just 'found' this fic and after reading it through tonight...I love it! It was recommended by Rochelle Allison on her story "Volition". I can't wait to see where Edward fits into all this. Very, very dark, But I can always hope for the happily ever after, ...right?
amymorgan chapter 8 . 1/29/2010
Absolutely NOTHING makes you feel vulnerable like discovering a stranger has been in your home! When it happened to me only two saddles and an air compressor were stolen. More except for my Aussie taking a bite out of crime. But the feeling led me to obtain a .44 revolver and a 9mm pistol, as well as 25-yard sharpshooter rating and a concealed carry permit-stylish handbags are made for rapid handgun access. Nicely drawn chaos in her office. I would have never left the pistol in the truck! ;)
amymorgan chapter 7 . 1/29/2010
"syrup thickened by winter". You can really turn a phrase. And the description of her in the car, waiting for authorities. I really felt the wet cold. Maybe due to all those Steelhead fishing trips with my dad, wading in the Nisqually River. He had waders, I had rubber knee boots, and my feet ALWAYS got wet. Br.

Nice verbal faux pas by Bella about the bandaged cut, and the body "placement". Something a writer would blurt out.
amymorgan chapter 6 . 1/29/2010
"bouquet of microphones". Lovely, ironic imagery! My favorite phrase of the chapter. I think he is not just watching, but READING as well. And if Psycho scared you as a child, it must have been a rerelease. Because I was a child when it was released in the early '60s, and I am...nevermind how old I am!
amymorgan chapter 5 . 1/29/2010
I love the fics set in WA state. I lived there for four years (Fort Lewis), and so I know where are these cities and towns are. Plot reminds me of Green River killings - only a little. Her fear was palpable. Nicely written.
amymorgan chapter 4 . 1/29/2010
"Isabella, I am watching you" Shades of The Police song "Every Breath You Take"! Very nicely done. I like the plot device introducing Jasper.
amymorgan chapter 3 . 1/29/2010
Knife-wielding serial killer, very well written. I like the way you have included details of her creative process, as well as the protagonist detective being female in the story. And Jakey the cat, very funny. Shapeshifting canine Twilight character as feline, very ironic.
