I always thought that those idiots on the council were assholes for not telling the people that carried that bloodlines what can happen instead of just letting them go until they phased without a clue of what is going on.
Sam should have fought them in it especially after what he went through.
Okay,so they do patrols to keep an eye out for Vicky but then let Bella drive that dark road between LaPush and Forks by herself real smart.

This is a extremely well written story! One of the best I have ever read. Even though I am a BellaXJacob girl myself, I can still appreciate this story in all its fantastic glory. Keep writing! This was, for lack of a better word, amazing.

Hey ! It's been a while since I read a good fanfiction with a good point of view from Embry ! Thanks it was great ! I really enjoyed read it ! :)

As a strictly non-canon gal, I can't say this chapter pleased me at all.

The rest of the story did. This chapter just didn't complete the story at all for me. Sure, Bella received closure she never received previously, but she had already gone through what was needed to heal from Edward's deceit and breakup.

When I saw another chapter, I was excited to read more about Embry and Bella, not about her past with Edward and still loving him "too". This chapter made it seem like she was sacrificing herself for something she didn't and doesn't really want.

That makes my heart hurt so much for Embry... being the second choice and a burden on Bella's life and choices. Sure, she grew to love him, "too", but she isn't making any choices for herself because they are truly what she (alone) wants and her love is torn between Embry and her past... even though it seemed (prior to this chapter) she was doing things because she was coming to love Embry and let go of her love for Edward.

Then, I read the last chapter of this story, but it was only a teaser to the "sequel", but that left me disappointed to because (based on what I read) it seems to be the same as this story, only from Bella's POV... which saddened me since it doesn't appear we will really get anything new from it, like Embry and Bella, after she turned Edward down.

So, between the last two chapters, I no longer feel as I did after chapter 4 concluded. :( :( :( :( I was hoping to continue to "watch" Embry and Bella's love grow to them eventually marrying and having kids because it was what Bella wanted and because she was finally able to let Edward go (completely) because she grew to truly love Embry without sacrificing what she wanted. Her choices were made based on what she truly wanted to do because she loved Embry truly and deeply, not because she felt obligated to do those things, which is what I picked up from this chapter. :(

Poor Embry... the second choice and the obligation. I do love the love he has for Bella because it is respectful of her and not pushy. However, the imprint tied him to her, so he doesn't have any choice but to accept whatever she gives him, even if it is out of duty.

I may skim the last few chapters of the sister story (Bella's POV), but if it doesn't continue from where this story left off, I likely wont' read it. :( I guess I was hoping for more, as explained above, because I was REALLY loving the story up until chapter four... REALLY loving it.

I have read many Embry/Bella stories, but never has one started with Embry's struggle of obeying Sam's order to not reveal anything to his friends. That alone was a wonderful change. :)

I'm not very fond of using warewolves in Twilight stories. Mostly because they aren't the traditional warewolves. For me, I tend to prefer they to simply be referred to as wolves or shifters. :)

Anyway, a great start so far! Looking forward to continuing. :)

Poor Jake-he can't catch any breaks with Bella, whether she's with a vampire or not. I like the pacing of this story-how Embry is carefully not asking for too much too fast.

Poor Embry! But at least they're not gonna try to keep her in the dark about the imprint for a long time!
