I've said most of what needed to be said in my review of "First a Jewel of Four Souls, Now a Ring of Power, Ch:10", and so I don't send you too many repeats I'll just say here thanks and a few comments in addition.
I really like how you've chosen to tie the stories together through the movies and cartoons, including the bits that make the story make more sense to me (like Splinter being Human first, which makes somethings make more sense and makes the adversarial relationship with Shredder more effective).
It's an odd pairing thought with any of them (for reasons I won't delve into here), but I could see her liking Leonardo enough in this case - he'd have a temperament she could appreciate (especially after spending so much time with Sesshoumaru but softer) but she'd be able to help him lighten up and smile more too.
Donatello and Michelangelo seem good but lacking in there own ways. Each too retiring, and Michelangelo especially not serious enough for her (he's not big on fore-thought at all lol).
And like her pairing with many similar character types from other fanfictions, my problem with Kagome (especially a matured from her adventures and the final battle Kagome,) being with Raphael is his anger issues and need to be right - she simply doesn't deserve that again after Inu Yasha. And while Raphael is actually lighter example of this, almost within understanding compared to some other angry characters out there, I still see this making him a lesser choice for Kagome, but also Sesshoumaru and Shippo would steer her clear of as well. Sure passionate, and having a few fights is a reality, but some times I wonder at the love choices in many animés - what makes the jerk the best one there?
But I digress.

I loved it so much, I'm sad now...though I don't feel like Seshomaru would really teach them, Kagome and Shipo were his, so that I get, but I couldn't quite understand his motive to teach them if they all lost? I was also reeeeeeeeeeeallllly looking forward to Shipo callin Kags mom in front of the others and causing absolute chaos when she responds to the title...my expectations and dreams are now crushed of course...but I still hope for more..

also completely nonsensical information...but when I typed Seshomaru and it wanted to auto correct to Horseshoe... I about died.
