I think this Sookie is incredibly OOC and the fact of the matter is that at various point Eric threatned Sookie of torture and loudly told her he was considering killing her. He has in fact done several of the things she accused him of, so it was extremely annoying to read another Saint Eric version, when it doesn't reflect Canon Eric at all.

What a dynamic story, the only thing I have missed is Sookie's love of coffee.

I didn't make the Heinlein connection, it just seemed really fitting.

An epiphany does not guarantee change. Hope would be too cruel for Eric. Perhaps he will find peace.

That was some terrifyingly good dialog. That last slice of the emotional knife was devastating.
