So. I was doing something, and when I was done, I caught myself thinking, "Let's see, what was that show I was in the middle of watching? I need to finish it." And then I realized that I was actually thinking about your story. :) You just do such a good job writing that I can visualize the whole thing and get it mixed up with an actual NCIS episode. Well done.

I'm not sure what I'm enjoying more - your story, or the glimpses into your real-life work. It gives the story a little extra interest, knowing that you're genuinely familiar with the medical procedures and places you mention in your stories.

I've been doing a re-read of your stories and I just had to let you know how much I love your original characters. There's often an expectation in fanfiction that we're coming to read a story about characters we already know and don't need the author adding a lot of extras. But you make me care about these new characters in just a few paragraphs. It happened in "Of Jews and Gentiles" with Hannah and Chris and here again with Peter and Alyse. It adds a bonus layer of enjoyment to a story about characters I already love.
