This wa a very good story, However you turned it into a mess at the end ! They have never said 'I love you ' in the series . You have fallen into the trap of reading other stories that have those three stupid little words. Now yes I can see Charlie saying that to Amita but to his Brother NO!

He his s FBI agent that goes around telling his kid brother 'Oh I love you' please. Be yourself you have great potential but stop reading the other idiots who seem to think that those three words have to some of the older writers do it and it is not Numb3rs . What the feelings are between the pair are left unsaid by the characters. If you carry on in this theme then you may well see the two of them skip away in the fields saying I love you THAT WHAT YOU WANT?

This was an excellent story. It was well-written; just a touch too short. I'd loved a little more in the end; maybe an epilogue where Don and Charlie worked through the issues that were the reason for going on the hike in the first place.

I'd love it if you wrote another story. I like your take on the characters.

Another great story of brothers

Oh, the angst is lovely. Both of them injured, David and Colby to the rescue, Alan trying to help Don cope - just lovely.

I have really been enjoying this story. Hope to see an update soon.
