This was sweet. I like how you managed to give Astoria's character lots of depth through Draco's view of her, so that by the time she wakes up and has her few lines of dialogue, we feel like we already know her. Nice piece!

If you want to make the ending less ambiguous, you could say, "Slowly, I slipped into sleep," instead of "Slowly, I slipped away,". Other than that, it's awesome. I love rarely mentioned characters and pairings, it leaves so much room for fan fiction.

Astoria/Draco is my new favorite pairing, Astoria being my favorite barely-mentioned character. I love the way you characterized both of them here; you managed to keep them canon but give them more depth of your own. Fantastic. By the way, your avatar is love. Blair Waldorf is definitely Draco's scheming equal!
