I'm not sure what to say about what I just read. It was quite literally an emotional roller coaster for me. There was something about this story that was so ridiculously enticing to me that I found myself slipping into their universe and ignoring the one that I myself am currently in, which is not something I can often say about Star Trek fics, or at least not the ones I have come across thus far. Whether it was the writing style or the story line (although I imagine it was a combination of the two) I love this story and can't wait to continue onto your others.

Their relationship shouldn't be full of crazy sex, and it should definitely be imperfect. Spock never went crazy and started doing stupid things because he was in love with Jim. And Jim kept being a dumb human. It was great! Sad, very very sad, but it was amazing.

Wow! Absolutely brilliant explanation for the bond between Kirk and Spock and so believable. Love your style of writing. Will enjoy reading the rest of this!
