Beautiful and well paced. The way you've characterised them is subtle, just as they should be, but not at all lacking in depth. This story has been sitting in my faves for a while, but I decided you deserved praise more tangible. Just lovely, and very fitting for the new year. Cheers x

You got their relationship and characters down to a "T" (what the heck does that mean). I like how you make it so that they never speak to each other about their feelings. Their relationship is so complicated and yet so simple. They do things the hard way, and never outright say their feelings to each other. Both of them are too shy to do so. They show their feelings through actions, reactions, looks, smiles, those sort of things. Eventually, it's like they don't even need to speak, because they know each other so well, they can just understand each gesture for what it means.

And that is exactly how they are. It was perfect. It brings to mind that infamous line that Tifa spoke to Cloud under the Highwind: "Words aren't the only way to show how you feel."
