I don't know if you're active on here anymore, but I like the approach you made with this. I suppose it didn't need to be long and detailed in order to tell a story, especially with this being a novelization of True Crime: New York City. If only we got how you did the rest of the Magdalena Cartel story, as well as the Palermo Mob story, the Presidents Club story and finally the Shadow Tong. Of course, it didn't matter which order you did them (I personally did them alphabetically as how they were presented in the game).

I looked up the video game your fic is based on-I know nothing about video games-just to get the basics. But the character work is intriguing and the action was well done.
