This was the first story in the "Forever Alpha" series I read, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I find myself re reading it often. Senmut pays careful attention to the characterizations. Senmuts portrayals are so believeable, one can almost hear the characters speaking their lines aloud you read. (lousy grammar, I know..sue me). They are familiar to long time fans of both shows, while also containing enough background to interest newcomers. Most importantly, Senmut clearly has fun writing these. If fanfiction isn't fun to read and fun to write, whats the point?

I came across this story and I read it several times already. I have to say that you had everything in there. I hope you write more stories with both both series. Here's a thought, write one with alpha finding some of the Maya's people or having them find a way back to earth with the fleet. Would make a very interesting story line.

A riviting tale that was quite enjoyable. Nice blending of Space 1999 and Battlestar Galactica. Also nice to see the brief mention of Natalie towards the end. Keep up the great work!

Great action; great characterization; great in-jokes ("I never drink...wine"). In fact, great story all around! Just one suggestion; please, try using the three-dot symbol for interrupted/discontinued statements, a LITTLE more frequently.
