With this third chapter you have successfully continued this great story. The writing, the pace of the storyline, the character POV's and the characterization of the cast all have the same feel as the previous two chapters. Your writing within each scene remains interesting, exciting and clear allowing easy visualization without becoming tedious.

I was thrilled to see the update alert for this.

I give him a 8.3 for that. Loved the pinwheeling arms but he could have done better on the landing!

I get the feeling that somewhere there is a group of Cons laughing at a recording of Wheeljacks impromptu flight.

"This emotional slag is very exhausting" - he's right about that.

Anyhow, contrary to that comment, reading the new installment wasn't exhausting at all. Ratchet is cute when confused.

I'm very admiring of anyone who can take a pair which has been done well already and put a new and original slant on it - which you have with this. A great job - it's well written and characterised. I like the way you've managed to create a serious story wuth a touching blend of sensitivity and humour entwined within.

There's some great "little touches." I like: "I can see scratches on my hands. I look all polished up, I don't think I've ever seen myself looking so shiny." and "...Wheeljack was muttering mechanical formulas - one of his bad habits during interface . It meant that he was close." And the description of Prowl LOL ! There's many others too.

I'm not even a great fan of this union usually, but I'm certainly enjoying this, it's got a good buildup/development and I can't wait to see what happens next :-)
