Man I just find it so funny that Freddie's mom would be reading those romance novels or at least admitting it to her son. though I was kind of expecting more from this story but it was OK

That wasn't much Seddie, but it was okay.

You got everyone really IC, especially Freddie' Mum. I would be so embarrassed if I had a mother like that but Freddie copes reasonably well. I liked how Sam helped in her own messed up way about Freddie not having a dad and I loved how the last bit from the novel described just how Freddie described Sam and how he realises this. I would have liked to see how it would have carried on with Freddie realising this, or maybe in denial but I loved the quote and this oneshot is good.

random yes but not weird. it made total sense, and i loved it. it wasn't the typical story where we find out who he ends upo with but it leaves it to the readers imagination without gtting the reader mad that it was an open ending, and trust me i usually hate those. faving it :)

Oh man, this screams season one!Freddie and it's fantastic to read. I love the interaction with his mom, crazy and not so crazy, and his deep conversations with Sam and everything. It was a little random, maybe, but in a completely good introspective way. I really, really enjoyed it. :]

Aw! I loved it! Very cute. I loved how his mother made him realize his love. But I also really liked how you didn't really completely DELVE into Freddie's realization. If anything, you made it seem like he was trying to ignore it. Very refreshing change. :) Also executed quite well. .

aw, this was so. darned. sweet.

you got thirteen year old freddie down pat in this story. seriously, amazing. gah, i don't even know where to begin. all of these little shots were so funny and cute and filled with detail that totally made the story. you used the right amount of detail, and though it was third person, it was easy to get into freddie's head. like when you had him alphabetizing his cards, and laying out his supplies on the first day of school. everything in here was just a perfect characterization for freddie.

my favorites were the first day of school one, because I can just imagine it went like that exactly, and the one where sam is talking about how her dad left too. it was a perfect balance between sweet and funny, as was this whole story.

the end was fabulous. really, just perfect. excellent job. now i'm excited to see what this 'something much longer for icarly' is that you are working on. anyway, i really loved your style. best i've read in awhile, i think. nice job.

Random? This story is far less random then other stories that are supposed to be normal. Anyway UPDATE SOON :):)(:(:
