Aw! Such a cute story - I am crazy about the whole idea of a Jack/Zach slash relationship and this fic certainly seemed to be the start of it, what with Zach noticing Jack's smile and the glint in his hair... *sigh* so sweet!

GAH This was a really great fic. It doesn't really seem like slash to me, which is actually preferable when it comes to Hodgins and Zack. Your writing was quite competent. Hodgins and Zack both seemed totally in character.

This line just filled me up with bubbles inside: "Even his hair looked...happy, glinting in the sunshine."

The friendship between Hodgins and Zack really goes woefully ignored, and even though this was supposed to be slash it is a truly wonderful friendship piece.

That was pretty awesome. A little crack-fic-esque but definitely awesome. Great handle on Zach's tone and approach - especially the borrowing the boots vs. borrowing them with Zach in them. And Hodgins' tendency to go a little crazy.

I love a good friendship fic and this was fantastic! Let's see more! Boats next time? ;)
