I hope she doesn't stay with an abusive person. I know that original Bella used Jake to help distract her from her heartbreak... But this is a bit too much to be worth it in my opinion. Personally I'd rather deal with a ragged hole in my chest from missing 'he who shall not be named' than dealing with the fear of physical abuse. Just my opinion.

A broken heart is bad enough. Hopefully she won't add a broken nose to the list of injuries.

Third time reading! I love this series!

The Cullens and Bella allowed Jacob onto their property despite warnings? They should have ripped him to shreds but they are all decent people compared to Jacob. Was Victoria in the woods? Jacob trying to get Bella alone for a walk in the woods? Don't think so! Why can't Edward hear their minds? And why would they ever leave Bella all alone to go hunting?! When Victoria was still on the loose? Would never happen. Bella's intuition is correct: do NOT trust Jacob.

Also, Billy and Charlie mending their friendship after Billy's insults and knowledge that Jacob was beating Bella doesn't sit well with me, sorry. Thank you for writing your story though. Really liked Bella throwing a glass at Tanya's head!

Wow, so good to have Charlie stand up for Bella against Jacob!

Jacob is an abuser, laying all the blame on Bella. He gets angry? It's Bella's fault. Classic abuser! And Charlie rolls right with it; "What did you say to make him mad, Bella?" Ugh! I really disliked Charlie always supporting Jacob. He'll be blaming Edward for the bruises before long. Jacob is dangerous!

It is almost like the wolves temper rub off onto Bella. That did clear the air and Edward certainly deserved it. Hope that it is him that changes her and not Victoria.
