This was very well done. You captured both Mary and Elizabeth very well, and their preferences shone through and made their personalities known and distinguishable. Each had a very distinct, almost effortless, voice.

I just thought that Elizabeth would think more fondly of Anne of Cleves, at least if you're following the events of the show, since she also spent a great deal of time with Elizabeth and seemed to oversee her upbringing and education to some degree.

I think it's great that you wrote about Mary and Elizabeth's opinions of their father's wives, as I'm pretty sure their views went unheard at the time. Also, I love how you characterized them, especially Mary. Good job! :D

I love little bessie's pov how cute she is and I love that how she feels after what happened after thomas seymour kat parr was really her mother figure after mary or her own anne.

I love Elizabeth's POV she really loved kat parr so much probably she was after her mother the second most important female figure in elizabeth's life next to mary her sister.

Wonderful chapter, an accurate reflection upon Elizabeths' rocky childhood. I think it's a good thing that you put a lot of emphasis on Katherine Parr and her influence on Elizabeth, she truly was a mother to her when Anne could not be. Great job!

Great job- I think this was a very realist Mary talking about her feelings, and you've captured them well. Both her and Elizabeth lead such changeable existances, probably always fearing for their positions and even their own lives. I cannot wait to read Elizabeth's!
