| Meganp chapter 227 . 7/22/2018 My goodness, what a ride! It took me years to actually finish this. I remember always starting but never actually going through the whole thing. I guess it always took a toll on me. I mean, I kinda identified with Sara and men, did you bruise her heart on this one! Don’t get me wrong, I think I’m one of the biggest GSR shippers out there. The fact that it’s 2018 and I’m still reading fics can attest to that. But there were times while I was reading this when I just thought that enough was enough. Or maybe I should say “love wasn’t enough”. I know, that’s a horrible thing to say - but how much bruising and battering can a single heart take? You really created a universe where thanks to Sofia (in the beginning) and Heather later on, Grissom hurt Sara in the same proportion of his love for her: immensely. And thanksnto affinity, rapport or whatever you want to call it, us readers felt it too. So all I have to say about that is well done. You are an AMAZING writer. I so wish I had current GSR stories to read from you! Thank you for this gem. You’ve outdone yourself with this one! |
