shions chapter 1 . 5/1/2010 Hmm, I believe that "Jeg er hjemme" should be "Jeg er hjemmer", but... you said to blame Wikipedoia... so yeah. I will. xD That was cute... 3 I'm gonna get cavities! xD |
saplings chapter 1 . 2/7/2010 Late review is late, but I think that this story deserves more reviews XD; Muchas gracias for feeding my recent thirst for Nordic stories, especially DenNor/NorDen (*buries head in shame*); methinks that I've seen you around before though..mebbe I have read one of your Kingdom Hearts fanfiction, hm |

Shiruji-chan chapter 1 . 6/15/2009 Wow! I loved it! And I liked the idea of making Scandinavia a character! XD I would love to see Himaruya's characterisation of Scandinavia. :3 I also liked the bit with England. Mwhaha. Him and Norway must be best friends. But I read the reviews and felt I had to correct Maria-Pipkin's comment. Because we Norwegians have been taught that Norwegians and Icelandics were the first to discover America. People are quite uncertain when it comes to this so I would rather say that scandinavians were the first to discover America. As far as I can remember from my history classes: Danish vinkings went south, Swedish vikings went east and norwegian vikings went west. Also Norwegian vikings didn't raid as much but instead resorted to setling in England and... well, Britain. Ummh... yeah. That's my mini history lesson for ya XDD Sorry about that! Uwah, I'm so ashamed. |
Maria-Pipkin chapter 1 . 6/12/2009 I really loved the story Booth their personalities are a total win with me :D Just a side note: Denmark as a country is older than any of the other nordic nations. Denmark was also the most outgoing of all the nordic countries, having sailed the ocean and gained trade-routs practically everywhere - Danes (vikings) where even the first people to discover America. In the years before Denmark was converted to Cristianity from The Nordic Gods and mythology (900 years after Crist), they repeatedly raided Europe. At that time, the Kingdom of Denmark included England, Iceland, Norway, Skåne (southern most region of Sweden today), Greenland, Faroe Islands and Northern Germany (Slegsvig and Holstein)... among small islands and regions in the Pacific as well. LOL I'm ranting now... history lesson over, sorry *GG* What I was TRYING to say with this is, that Denmark was the most seafaring dude out of all the nordic nations... |
Canadino chapter 1 . 6/10/2009 you said 'slight den/nor' so i was preparing to be disappointed but what do you go do? you put full out den/nor! so i'm happy! |
