Oh, snap ! This is really good ! *_* Cheers for Himawari, she was really touching in this and I think really IC. But seriously, every single character in this was spot-on - Yuuko might've felt a *bit* too serious and affectionate to me, but it's true she has moments like that, and the Ame-warashi was simply PERFECT. I just about died laughing at her first appearance and her interaction with Zashiki was adorable ! This was a really enjoyable read, along with a clever plotline and lovely prose. Amazing job !

This was a great story! The characters were all IC, and it's a neat pairing.

I never expected to find any sort of fic like this in the xHOLIC section, considering it just seems like a difficult thing to write in a way that would do justice to the characters. However, you've managed to do it very well. It's a new look at Himawari, it's not Doumeki/Watanuki, and it's caught my attention, and therefore it is original.

Your use of Oyabu is correct in my understanding of it. There may be some more to it (generation-head titles or something) but it fits.
