Monkeybarrel chapter 1 . 4/13/2003 This was wonderful- the characterization, the story's flow, the description, especially of the closing distance between them at night. I love the whole HiG group, but the subtlety between these two was always a favorite and you bring it (and them) out beautifully. Great work. |
Ju chapter 1 . 2/1/2003 Your fics all have a similar style - very simple, and subtle. Excellent fic. |
Morien Alexander chapter 1 . 10/9/2002 You have written my new favorite Christmas story. *heart* |
dementedchris chapter 1 . 6/29/2002 Very subtle approach to the romance, really well-written. There is nothing forced about this fic - both in the plot and in the writing style. A satisfying way to get them together. |
Celestial Phoenix chapter 1 . 6/6/2002 Ooo...very subtle and sweet. Nice fic. Liked the use of present tense. ; Great job. *nods* |
The Shinigumi chapter 1 . 4/29/2002 AHH! Kawaii! I love this, and it's all... understated and stuff... head not working. This is so cute though, I love all the bits with them and futons _ I like this though. _ |
eri chapter 1 . 4/28/2002 Subtle and hence realistic. Much better than those raunchy, pointless watch-them-bonk-like-bunnies fics. Nicely done! |
samuraiheart chapter 1 . 1/27/2002 I loved this fic! It was short and subtle, but that was part of its charm. My favorite part was: "He wonders, with a vicious little jab of fear, if their friendship can die like this, lying between them in the dark, and if it is worth it. If he can stop." That part was so eloquently written and so emotional. The ending was just so Shinobu - I can't think of a better way to descibe it, but I'm glad that Mitsuru figured things out in the end. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful story! |
Klayter McCabe chapter 1 . 12/31/2001 This made me smile. No, 'he loves me, he loves me not, let's fuck.' Just a quiet kind of curiosity. And yeah, Shinobu is a manipulative conniving bastard. That's why he's so damn cool. It's good to see more Koko wa Greenwood fiction. |
